The problem is that these fish eat everything even when they are not hungry. They are very territorial. The fish are a big problem in the U.S. They are in some rivers and lakes and can breath on land for three days, so when places flood the fish can move to other ponds, streams, rivers, or lakes and infect those places. The only way to get rid of these fish are to exterminate every thing in that water way and then they will be gone, but then people will have to repopulate that water way with the indigenous fish. Snakeheads are a very big problem, the United States has already spent millions of dollars to try and exterminate them.
